Apparently we missed the memo that beer pong is just for college kids. (Seems like Harry and Meghan did, too.) Because instead of ditching the game, we've just dreamt up new ways to play it: with prosecco, with gin, with queso, with your body. Instead of swapping out yet another booze, though, we decided to just supersize the original ... and the results were LEGEN — wait for it — DARY.

To follow our lead, which you totally should (#peerpressure), head to your local Target or big box store. If you don't already have the following, you'll need to buy them: a volleyball, at least six 32-gallon trash cans, and some of your favorite beer. Bonus points awarded to anyone who opts for red trash cans, a la Solo cups. These are our favorite ones ... and the cheapest we've found. And that Wilson volleyball — you should probably just add it to your cart.

We played a half court, sudden death game, with just six trash cans — because those big ones aren't cheap — but you could set up a full 12 can court. You'll want to fill each can with water so they don't tip over easily. Then, pair up, and start playing. The plan of attack is the same as in beer pong: When you make a shot, the other team takes a sip of their beer, then removes the giant trash can. Whoever makes the most shots wins.
